Painting and Powder Coating
Spray painting has long been considered an art form, and one that we take very seriously. At Camberley Signs we pride ourselves in our ability to achieve an exceptional finish that would rival the automotive industry. With our two sealed spray booths, industrial sized oven, and professionally trained paint technicians, the sky’s the limit when creating ideas for your desired finish.
We offer the service of colour matching to Pantone’s, RAL’s, and even Dulux swatches to ensure you adhere to brand guidelines or match to an existing specification. For metalwork that requires a more durable finish, powder coating is always our preferred method. Within our 6m long application booth we apply the free-flowing polyester powder, which is then baked in our industrial sized oven, fusing it into a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. This process is ideal for large totems and fascia tray signs that will be mounted externally and subjected to adverse conditions.
If you require a more unconventional paint finish, we have developed painting with liquid metals, chrome finishes, metal flake, pearlescent paints, and can even recreate patina effects for that weathered rustic look.
