Plastic Fabrication
Plastic fabrication is the craft of cutting, heat forming, folding and bonding of plastics. Most common projects include built up lettering, sign trays, display units, bespoke shelving, lighting shrouds, storage containers, water tanks and many more.
Our plastic fabrication workshop is equipped to manufacture with a multitude of plastics, from line bending and heat forming jigs, to UV bonding and solvent adhesives. The finishing of plastics is also catered for with diamond and mop polishing machines, and for the more intricate components we have a flame polishing unit.
